A gorgeous international family doing a photo shoot at Maya’s childhood home was a dream.  On a gorgeous August evening, just a couple days before Maya went to the United States for college, we met in Arcugnano to take a few photos.  Starting at Maya’s childhood home and ending at Monte Berico, I had such a nice time with this lovely family.

Ohhhh, young love!  Rarely do I see a couple that smiles and laughs as much as Taylor and Josh.  I guess that is how friendship blooms into a romantic love.  It was so wonderful to be able to capture these two lovebirds just weeks before they left Italy.   Since their love story is an Italian one with vineyards and Venice prominently playing a role, there was no choice but to photograph in these locations.  I miss these two.  I miss their laughter, their love, and their sense of fun.  Best of luck in your lovely future!

Oh, how adorable are these two?  When Rachel contacted me in June about doing a vow renewal in Asolo, I was thrilled.  First off, this is one of my favorite towns in all of the Veneto.  Second, these are two of my favorite people to spend an evening with.  Fifteen years after saying their vows, they renewed them with the kids as witnesses in an adorable Italian village as cute old Italian women stood outside peering into the chapel.  After loads of “Auguri” well wishes, we wandered around Asolo, taking photos, ordering prosecco gelato, and enjoying the cobblestoned streets.  And, when the light faded, Arianne (my lovely assistant for the evening) and I let the happy family celebrate at their favorite restaurant while we spritzed in the piazza basking in the glow of a lovely summer evening.  Thanks, Rachel and Matt, for allowing me to capture your special moments.  I couldn’t be more honored.

At just one year old, Tyler was not just standing, but running through the vineyards.  It was a hot, hot, hot day full of humidity and bugs, but Tyler had a huge smile through it all.  What a joyous boy!  I had such a fun morning with Jessica and Tyler!

What a little bundle of joy!  Little Austin was full of smiles and joy through the entire hot session.  Through sweltering heat, bugs, and humidity, Austin giggled with not a single pout. We had a lovely shoot with a few shots in a vineyard before heading up to Villa Valmarana.  Codee’ and Robert are obviously deeply in love with each other and their gorgeous family.  I was so lucky to have the privilege to capture this beautiful family.
